Terms of Service

These terms govern bookings made through parazut.com for tandem skydiving, paragliding flights and courses, as well as purchases made through our gear shop.

Bookings and deposits

A deposit is required to confirm a tandem jump, taster flight or course booking. Deposits are refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled session. Weather cancellations initiated by Parazut are fully refundable or may be rescheduled at no charge.

Eligibility

Tandem skydiving requires a minimum age of 16 (with guardian consent under 18) and a maximum weight of 100kg. Paragliding taster flights have a maximum weight of 110kg. Medical conditions should be disclosed at time of booking.

Gear shop orders

Items are shipped within the EU and select countries. Reserve canopies and safety equipment are non-returnable once the packaging seal is broken, in line with standard safety equipment handling practices.

Liability

All tandem jumps and courses are conducted by certified instructors under applicable national aviation sport regulations. Participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to any flight activity.
